Fractional General Counsel

Fractional counsel is a low cost solutions who need legal counsel but either do not need a full time counsel or do not want to pay full time attorney prices. 

Our pricing scales with your business. As a small business owner I understand the challenge of managing overhead and growth at the same time. Our pricing is offered at several levels at different pricing. This model allows you to know exactly what legal services will cost you per month. 

Core package

• $1000 per month*
• 10 hours of service 
• Rollover up to 2 hours per month to a max of 20 hours in any month. 

Intermediate 

• $2000 per month*
• 20 hours of service 
• Rollover up to 3 hours per month to a max of 30 hours in any month. 

Premium 

• $5000 per month*
• 40 hours of service 
• Rollover up to 5 hours per month to a max of 50 hours in any month. 

General Counsel for a Day

• $1200 per day
• 10 hours at $100/hour
• $200 for attorney travel and expenses 
• Will meet with your leadership team for an entire day to discuss any and all issues you are facing.

• Emergency calls outside of the hours of 8am EST to 7pm EST will incur an additional charge of $100 per hour.
